Errors in this assessment lead to structural movement, cracking, and in extreme cases, collapse.

We identify which walls are load-bearing, trace the load path through the existing framing, and design practical solutions that allow the renovation to proceed safely — including transfer beams, temporary propping strategies, connection details, and strengthening of the elements that remain.
